STRATEGIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT
We’ve got to figure out how to get out of this hole! Let’s put together a plan so that everyone can do their part! But how do we develop a plan REALLY based on honest, open dialogue?
Aerie will work with the leadership team to create a plan that identifies the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) existent in every organization. Our process focuses on those strategies that will make the most difference. Included will be the development of a communications strategy so that everyone who needs to own the vision can do so. Our approach is based on honest, inclusive dialogue. We tackle the issue of ‘business as usual’ during the strategic plan sessions.
